The company was founded by Kent Peterson Sr., who built the business on straightforward principles — show up on time, do honest work, and stand behind it. Over the decades, City Seamless grew into one of the most established home improvement contractors in the Las Vegas Valley, installing rain gutters, patio covers, and outdoor living structures on more than 30,000 homes.
Owner Cody Peterson learned the trade over 20 years under Kent before taking ownership in 2013. That continuity matters — the same standards, the same commitment to quality, the same company. City Seamless is not a franchise and not a national chain. It is a local, family-operated business with two generations of hands-on experience in the Las Vegas market.
What City Seamless Patio Covers Does
City Seamless Patio Covers installs Alumawood and Four Seasons Elitewood aluminum patio cover systems across Southern Nevada. We install every configuration — lattice, solid, insulated, combination, and freestanding — plus carports, awnings, RV covers, and pergolas. We also install custom columns, ceiling fans, recessed lighting, electrical, and coordinate paver installation for complete outdoor living projects.
Elitewood Classic features a cedar wood-grain texture with a 15-year manufacturer warranty. Elitewood Ultra features a driftwood emboss with a Kynar 500 coating and a 30-year warranty that covers chalking and fading. Both systems are aluminum structures that look like real wood but never need painting, never rot, and never attract termites.

Replaced our 30-year-old Sun City Summerlin patio cover — insulated panels and ceiling fans.
My husband and I are retired in Sun City Summerlin and our original patio cover from the early 90s was falling apart. City Seamless replaced it with an insulated Alumawood cover and added two ceiling fans. The old structure barely provided shade — this one actually blocks the heat. The insulated panels have a foam core that makes a real difference when it’s 110 out. They pulled the permit, handled everything with the city, and cleaned up like they were never here. The Brown color is a perfect match for our trim. Very happy we went with them.
